devias plan shows what applying a manifest would change in a workspace, without changing anything.
The command lists every change, each marked create, update, delete or conflict. Unchanged items are hidden unless --all is passed. Nothing is written. The command is always safe to run.

Exit code

The command exits with 2 when the plan has conflicts and with 0 otherwise. In CI this fails a pull request that would conflict with the workspace.
